Crack 1 Red Penetrant

Deep red penetrating aerosol, developed for NDT meeting ASTM E-165 specifications. It locates discontinuities, pores, fissures, by means of a simple 3-step process, WS 1821 S Crack 2 and WS 3050 S Crack 3 are used together.

Characteristics

  • Meets ASTM E-165 specifications.
  • Sensitivity level ISO 3452 Level 2.
  • Excellent penetration and high capillarity.
  • ASME section V regarding sulfide content, chlorinated and halogenated solvents.

Advantages

  • Quick cleaning saves time and water.
  • Low consumption due to its low viscosity.
  • Very good wetting on surfaces.
